archivesAll too often we are made aware of how our history has been overlooked, distorted, erased or deliberately lost. You can help stop this happening to our immediate past, by giving us all that stuff at the back of your garage or closet. Those old protest badges, dance posters, invitations and flyers, photographs of public events and private parties. These things clutter up our drawers and wardrobes at the moment; they are so easily thrown away, but in the future they may be of historical importance.The PRIDE Centre has an archive of paper ephemera and a collection of relics (such as architectural fragments of the Alexandra Tavern and other demolished Gay haunts).
